Uni Media eShop will charge a 30% restocking fee if the product is missing instruction books, original box, or software CDs. Missing cords, accessories, or any other items that were originally included with the product will be charged separately at market price.
If the product is not in acceptable return condition*** Uni MediaeShop will refuse to accept the return and will not authorize any refunds.
After 15 calender days only products under manufacturer warranty will be excepted for return/exchange. Proof of purchase is required for all manufacturer warranty claims.
*Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, Uni Media eShop will refund your purchase price, minus shipping, handling, gift packaging, applicable restocking fees and/or any other charges.
Uni Media eShop is not responsible for shipping charges on returns. Uni Media eShop is not responsible for loss or damage of return items that results during shipment of the return to Uni Media eShop. It is highly recommended to purchase insurance with the courier that was used for the return.
**brand new condition means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes.
***Uni MediaeShop reserves the right to classify the condition of any product. An unacceptable return condition is for a phone with scratches, marks, or blemishes.
Delivery
Uni Media eShop delivers only within Australia using AusPOST’s eParcel service.
Deliveries are despatched from our Distribution Centre in Sydney, NSW.
You will receive your order in approximately 3-10 working days.
A fee of A$10 for postage, handling and insurance applies to all orders. This flat rate fee applies to orders placed through the Uni Media eShop only.
We suggest you give an address where you will most likely be during the day to receive delivery, as you will be asked to sign for the receipt of your parcel. We can deliver to all business, residential and PO Box addresses in Australia.
Anyone at the delivery address at the time of the delivery will be presumed to be authorised to receive the goods on your behalf. If there is no one at the delivery address, a notification card will be left for collection at your local post office.
We endeavour to despatch your goods within one full business day of receipt of your order. Unfortunately delivery schedule beyond this point is out of our control but is generally within 3-10 working days.
Please note delivery details cannot be changed after your order has been despatched from our Distribution Centre.
